1. Scope and Our Role
This Privacy Policy explains how Vlore POS Foods ("Vlore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with www.vloreposfoods.com, related Site forms, and our direct business interactions.
This Policy applies to information Vlore collects for its own business purposes. It does not replace the privacy notice of a restaurant, merchant, processor, distributor, marketplace, or other third party, and it does not automatically govern information we process solely on behalf of a business client under a separate service agreement.
When Vlore provides websites, online ordering, POS, payment, loyalty, menu, or related services for a business client, we may process information about that client's customers, workers, or users under the client's instructions. In that context, the client generally determines why and how the information is used, and its privacy notice should explain the relevant practices. Requests concerning that data should usually be directed to the client first. We will assist our clients as required by contract and law.

The categories below describe personal information we may collect. Some information relates primarily to a business, but it may be personal information when it identifies or is linked to an owner, employee, applicant, sole proprietor, or other individual.

We may also receive information from affiliated companies, business clients, processors, distributors, service partners, referral sources, social-media platforms, and public business sources. We may combine information from different sources.
3. How We Use Personal Information

review merchant statements, prepare pricing or savings analyses, determine potential eligibility, and connect you with relevant processors, POS providers, distributors, or other partners;

5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may allow analytics, social-media, or advertising technologies to collect identifiers and internet or device activity through the Site. Depending on the technology and applicable law, those disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use for targeted advertising.
Where applicable, you may opt out by using any "Your Privacy Choices" or cookie-settings link displayed on the Site, by sending an email with the subject "Opt Out of Sale/Sharing or Targeted Advertising," or by using a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control. We do not knowingly sell or share sensitive personal information or personal information of individuals under 18 for targeted advertising.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used for essential Site functions, security, preferences, analytics, form performance, campaign measurement, and advertising if enabled.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or using another reasonable method, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We retain limited suppression information to honor your choice. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary non-marketing communications.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our legitimate business needs, a client instruction, or legal requirements. The criteria generally used are:

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking into account the nature of the information and the risks involved. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Do not send highly sensitive information through an unapproved channel. If you believe information submitted to us has been compromised, contact us promptly.
10. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Vlore or the relevant information, you may have the right to:
confirm whether we process personal information and access or obtain a copy of it;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
obtain certain information in a portable format;
opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law;
limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable;
appeal our decision on a privacy request; and
receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

Describe the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification with you.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision with "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We do not currently offer a program that provides financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
11. California Privacy Notice
This section supplements the rest of this Policy for California residents if the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Vlore and the relevant information.

California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information, deletion, correction, and information about collection and disclosure; may opt out of sale or sharing; and may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where the law provides that right. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics unrelated to the requested service.
We may need to retain information to complete transactions, provide requested services, detect security incidents, exercise legal rights, comply with law, or for other permitted exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a California resident for exercising privacy rights.
12. Children
The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 18 for targeted advertising.
13. International Visitors
Vlore is based in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
14. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, marketplaces, social networks, processors, distributors, or other services. This Policy does not govern those third parties. Their privacy notices explain how they collect and use information. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
